Rexkon Tech LLC ("Rexkon," "we," "us," or "our") is committed to customer satisfaction and to providing fair, transparent billing for all pest control services. This Refund and Cancellation Policy ("Policy") explains the circumstances under which refunds may be issued and outlines our cancellation procedures.
By purchasing services from Rexkon Tech LLC, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Policy together with our Terms & Conditions.
You may cancel or reschedule a scheduled service appointment at no charge if you notify us at least twenty-four (24) hours before the scheduled appointment time. Any prepaid amount will be either credited toward your next scheduled service or refunded to the original payment method, at your option.
Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment time may be subject to a cancellation fee of up to $75.00 USD to cover scheduling, dispatch, and travel costs. Any prepaid amount in excess of this fee will be refunded.
If our technician arrives at the property at the scheduled time and is unable to perform the service because access cannot be granted, the customer is not present, or the property is not adequately prepared, a missed-appointment fee of up to $75.00 USD may be charged. The remainder of any prepaid amount may be applied as credit toward a rescheduled visit.
Pest control services are non-tangible, professional services. Once a treatment has been substantially performed, the service fee is generally non-refundable, because the labor, EPA-registered products, technician time, and travel associated with that visit have already been expended.
If you are enrolled in a recurring residential pest control plan and the pests specifically covered by your plan return between scheduled visits, we will return to re-treat the affected area at no additional charge, subject to the terms of your service agreement. Please contact us within fifteen (15) days of the original service to request a re-treatment visit.

You may cancel a recurring service plan at any time by contacting us by phone or email. Cancellation will take effect after any service currently scheduled or in progress has been completed. No future charges will be applied after cancellation is confirmed by us in writing or by email.
If you prepaid for a recurring plan (e.g., an annual plan billed in advance) and cancel before all scheduled visits have been performed:
Refunds for prepaid plans are typically processed within ten (10) business days of cancellation confirmation.
Recurring plans renew automatically according to the schedule confirmed at sign-up (e.g., monthly, bi-monthly, quarterly). To stop future billing, you must cancel before the next scheduled service. Charges already made for a service that has been completed are not refundable.
One-time services (such as bed bug treatment, termite treatment, rodent exclusion, or single emergency visits) are generally non-refundable once service has been performed. If you are dissatisfied with the result, please contact us within seven (7) days of the service so we can investigate and offer corrective action where appropriate.
For specialty services that require advance scheduling or product ordering (such as termite treatment), a deposit may be required at the time of booking. Deposits are refundable if cancellation is received at least seventy-two (72) hours before the scheduled service date. Deposits are non-refundable if cancellation is received within 72 hours, as we have already committed labor and materials to your job.

If you have a billing concern, please contact us first so we can attempt to resolve it directly. We are committed to addressing legitimate billing concerns promptly and in good faith.
Filing a chargeback with your card issuer or bank without first contacting Rexkon Tech LLC may delay resolution. Where a chargeback is filed on a service that was properly performed and authorized, we reserve the right to dispute the chargeback and provide supporting documentation, including service records, signed authorizations, and proof of performance.
Refunds will not be issued for services that could not be performed due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to severe weather, natural disasters, government orders, or customer-caused delays. In such cases, services will be rescheduled at the earliest mutually convenient time at no additional charge.
Nothing in this Policy is intended to limit any rights you may have under the consumer protection laws of your state of residence. Where state law provides greater consumer rights than this Policy, those state-law rights apply.
We reserve the right to modify this Refund and Cancellation Policy at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page. The Policy in effect at the time of your purchase will apply to that purchase.
This Policy is governed by the laws of the State of California, subject to the consumer-protection rights described in Section 11. Any disputes shall be resolved in accordance with Section 16 of our Terms & Conditions.
