These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Customer," "you," or "your") and Rexkon Tech LLC ("Rexkon," "we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of our website at rexkontechservices.com (the "Website") and our pest control services (the "Services").
By accessing the Website or purchasing Services from us, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use our Website or Services.

You must be at least 18 years of age and the owner, lessee, or authorized representative of the property where Services are to be performed in order to purchase Services from Rexkon. By engaging us, you represent and warrant that you have the legal authority to authorize pest control treatments at the service location.
Rexkon Tech LLC provides residential and commercial pest control services, including but not limited to general pest control, termite inspection and treatment, rodent control, bed bug treatment, mosquito control, and other related extermination services. Services are performed by pest control technicians or service partners who meet applicable requirements.
Specific scope, frequency, products used, and pricing for any given engagement will be confirmed verbally and/or in writing prior to the commencement of services.

If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice, or missed appointments where our technician arrives at the property and cannot perform the service, may be subject to a cancellation fee of up to $75.00 to cover travel and scheduling costs.
You are responsible for ensuring that our technicians have safe and reasonable access to the areas requiring treatment at the scheduled time. You may also be required to perform reasonable preparation (such as clearing certain areas, vacating with pets, or laundering specific items) prior to treatment. We will provide preparation instructions when applicable.
Service pricing depends on factors including but not limited to property size, pest type, severity of infestation, and service frequency. All pricing will be communicated and agreed upon before any work is performed. Pricing is quoted in U.S. dollars (USD).
We accept payment by major credit and debit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover), and other electronic payment methods as made available. All payment card transactions are processed through PCI-DSS compliant third-party payment processors.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, payment is due upon completion of service. Recurring service plans are billed in advance of each scheduled visit or on a monthly billing cycle, as specified at the time of enrollment.
Invoices unpaid for more than 30 days from the invoice date may be subject to a late fee of 1.5% per month (or the maximum amount permitted by applicable state law, whichever is less) and may result in suspension of further services until the account is brought current.
If you enroll in a recurring service plan and provide payment card information for automatic billing, you authorize Rexkon Tech LLC to charge your payment method for each scheduled service until you cancel the plan in accordance with these Terms.
You may cancel a recurring service plan at any time by contacting us by phone or email. Cancellation will take effect after the completion of any currently scheduled or in-progress service. No future charges will be applied after cancellation is confirmed. Please refer to our Refund Policy for information regarding refunds.
For most recurring residential pest control plans, if covered pests return between scheduled service visits, we will return to re-treat the affected area at no additional charge, subject to the specific terms of your service agreement. The guarantee applies only to pests specifically listed in your service plan and only when the customer remains current on all payments.

While we strive to provide effective pest management, complete elimination of all pests cannot be guaranteed in every case due to factors including environmental conditions, structural issues, neighboring properties, and ongoing pest pressure. We commit to using professional skill, EPA-registered products, and Integrated Pest Management practices.

We use EPA-registered pesticides applied according to label directions by trained technicians. If you, anyone in your household, or any pets have known allergies, chemical sensitivities, respiratory conditions, or are pregnant, please inform us prior to service so we can discuss available options. Material Safety Data Sheets (SDS) for products used can be provided upon request.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Rexkon Tech LLC, its officers, members, employees, agents, and service partners from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of (a) your breach of these Terms, (b) your misuse of the Services, or (c) your violation of any applicable law or third-party right.
All content on the Website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Rexkon Tech LLC or its licensors and is protected by U.S. copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or use the content without our prior written consent, except as expressly permitted by these Terms.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Nothing in these Terms is intended to deprive consumers of any non-waivable protections afforded by the laws of their state of residence.
Any legal action or proceeding arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Riverside County, California, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts, except where prohibited by applicable consumer protection law.

We are committed to addressing legitimate billing concerns promptly. Initiating a chargeback without first contacting us may delay resolution and may be considered a breach of these Terms.
We reserve the right to modify the Services or these Terms at any time. Any changes to these Terms will be posted on this page. Continued use of the Website or Services after changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate Services and your access to the Website at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including violation of these Terms. You may terminate your recurring service plan at any time in accordance with Section 6.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that the remaining Terms shall remain in full force and effect.
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, Refund Policy, and any service-specific agreement signed by both parties, constitute the entire agreement between you and Rexkon Tech LLC regarding the Services and supersede all prior agreements or understandings.
